POTS & Dysautonomia Treatment

Advanced evaluation and treatment for autonomic dysfunction and persistent symptoms

What is POTS?

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is a form of autonomic dysfunction that affects how the body regulates heart rate and blood flow when transitioning to an upright position.

When a person stands, the autonomic nervous system is responsible for maintaining stable blood pressure and blood flow to the brain. In individuals with POTS, this regulation is impaired, resulting in an excessive increase in heart rate and reduced circulation efficiency.

This dysfunction can lead to a wide range of symptoms that impact daily function, exercise tolerance, and overall quality of life.

POTS is a complex condition that often requires a structured and individualized approach to evaluation and management.

  • Lightheadedness or dizziness when standing

  • Rapid heart rate

Why Patients Choose NeuroSport for POTS Care

Many patients presenting with POTS have already undergone extensive care without meaningful improvement. Our approach focuses on identifying underlying autonomic dysfunction and implementing targeted, structured treatment strategies based on objective clinical findings.

Our process is designed for patients with complex presentations, including those who have not responded to standard care or who require a more comprehensive evaluation of neurologic and autonomic function.

Our Approach to POTS and Dysautonomia

  • Comprehensive clinical evaluation of autonomic and neurologic function

  • Targeted autonomic testing, including positional heart rate and blood pressure assessment

  • Individualized rehabilitation strategies based on clinical findings

  • Structured progression using the Moreau POTS Protocol (MPP)

  • Ongoing monitoring with data-driven adjustments to care

  • Coordination with your existing healthcare providers when appropriate

  • Experience treating over 300 patients with POTS and dysautonomia
