What Are You Dealing With?
Select the option that best matches your symptoms to explore possible causes and next steps.
Dizziness When Standing
Lightheadedness, faintness, or feeling unsteady when upright
Persistent Concussion Symptoms
Ongoing symptoms after a head injury that are not improving
Fatigue and Brain Fog
Low energy, mental fog, and difficulty concentrating, often associated with autonomic dysfunction
Rapid Heart Rate or Palpitations
Heart racing or pounding with standing or activity, commonly seen in POTS and dysautonomia
Not Improving With Prior Care
Persistent symptoms despite prior evaluation, often related to underlying autonomic dysfunction
A Different Approach to Complex Symptoms
Many patients with POTS, dysautonomia, and persistent concussion symptoms are told their condition is unclear, anxiety-related, or something they must simply learn to manage.
In many cases, these symptoms reflect:
measurable dysfunction involving the autonomic nervous system, neurocardiac regulation, and cervical spine contributions.
At NeuroSport, care is guided by clinical findings, not assumptions. Evaluation is structured to identify the underlying drivers of symptoms and guide targeted treatment.
This system-based approach allows NeuroSport to identify and treat the root causes of symptoms, not just manage them.
Specialized Areas of Care
NeuroSport provides structured, system-based care focused on identifying and treating the underlying drivers of complex symptoms.
POTS & Dysautonomia Care
Evaluation and management of autonomic dysfunction, using structured protocols to improve regulation, tolerance to upright activity, and overall function.
Concussion & Persistent Symptoms
System-based evaluation and treatment of concussion and post-concussion symptoms, including neurologic, autonomic, and cervical spine contributions.
Autonomic Rehabilitation
Physiology-based rehabilitation using structured exercise and real-time monitoring to improve autonomic control and recovery.
Clinical Experience That Matters
NeuroSport is built for patients with complex symptoms who need more than generic care.
Care at NeuroSport is led by William J. Moreau, DC, DACBSP, FACSM, with extensive experience in sports medicine, concussion, dysautonomia, and complex neurologic presentations.
Patients come to NeuroSport after not improving with prior care because the clinical model is different. Evaluation is structured, findings are objective, and treatment is targeted to the underlying drivers of symptoms.

Why Choose NeuroSport?
Led by William J. Moreau, DC, DACBSP, FACSM
Former U.S. Olympic Committee physician with decades of experience in sports medicine, concussion, dysautonomia, and complex rehabilitation.
NeuroSport specializes in the evaluation and management of complex conditions, including concussion, post-concussion syndrome, dysautonomia, and persistent neurologic symptoms. Many patients we see have not improved with standard care and require a more precise, integrated approach.
Our clinical model combines advanced diagnostic evaluation with targeted rehabilitation strategies to address dysfunction across the neurologic, autonomic, and musculoskeletal systems. This approach allows us to identify contributing factors that are often overlooked and develop individualized care plans focused on meaningful recovery.
Clinical care is informed by decades of experience in sports medicine and complex case management, including work at the highest levels of athletic performance.
Clinical Focus
• Specialized focus on concussion, dysautonomia, and complex neurologic conditions
• Evidence-guided evaluation and targeted rehabilitation strategies
• Clinical experience at the highest levels of sport and performance
The NeuroSport Clinical Framework
Care at NeuroSport is built around identifying and targeting the underlying physiologic drivers of persistent symptoms. This structured approach allows for precise evaluation, targeted treatment, and measurable progress.
1. Define the Problem
Comprehensive evaluation of the autonomic nervous system and neurocardiac axis using objective clinical testing to define the underlying physiologic dysfunction.
2. Identify Contributing Systems
Assessment of brain function, cervical spine function, visual systems, vascular regulation, and neurologic control contributing to symptoms.
3. Apply Targeted Treatment
Care is directed by objective findings and may include the Moreau POTS Protocol (MPP™), cervical spine treatment, and structured rehabilitation designed to restore autonomic and neurologic function.
Most patients arrive after months or years of unanswered symptoms. Our goal is to change that — quickly and decisively.
We identify the cause of your symptoms and implement a clear, structured path to recovery.
4. Reassess and Progress
Ongoing evaluation to track symptom resolution, physiologic responses and guide care progression based on measurable changes.
Request a Comprehensive Evaluation
If your symptoms are persistent, complex, or not improving with prior care, a structured evaluation can help identify the underlying cause and guide targeted treatment.
Comprehensive neurological and autonomic assessment
Individualized treatment plan based on objective findings
Clear next steps for recovery
Patients are seen locally and from across the United States and internationally.
