Specialized Care for POTS, Concussion, Spine, and Sports Injuries
NEUROSPORT CLINICAL SERVICES
NeuroSport provides evidence-guided evaluation and individualized care for neurologic, autonomic, spine, and sports-related conditions.
Whether you are dealing with persistent dizziness and fatigue, recovering from a concussion, managing back or neck pain, or trying to return safely to sport and activity, care begins by identifying the factors limiting your recovery and function.
Concussion • POTS and Dysautonomia • Chiropractic Care • Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation
Find the Right Care for You
NeuroSport provides care across four primary clinical areas. You do not need to determine the diagnosis or choose the perfect service before contacting us. Select the pathway that most closely matches your current needs.
POTS & Dysautonomia Care
Structured evaluation and individualized care for dizziness when standing, rapid heart rate, fatigue, brain fog, exercise intolerance, blood pooling, heat intolerance, nausea, and other symptoms involving autonomic regulation.
Chiropractic Care
Evidence-guided care for neck pain, back pain, headaches, joint dysfunction, mobility restrictions, extremity complaints, and other musculoskeletal conditions affecting comfort, movement, and daily function.
Care is selected according to the diagnosis, examination findings, safety considerations, and the patient’s goals.
Concussion & Persistent Symptoms
Comprehensive care following concussion, including persistent headaches, dizziness, visual problems, cognitive difficulty, balance impairment, neck pain, exercise intolerance, and difficulty returning to school, work, activity, or sport.
Sports Medicine & Injury Rehabilitation
Evaluation and progressive rehabilitation for acute, recurrent, and overuse injuries involving the spine and extremities.
Care focuses on restoring mobility, strength, neuromuscular control, activity tolerance, and readiness for safe return to sport and performance.
Comprehensive Evaluation. Targeted Care.
Similar symptoms can arise from very different conditions. Effective care begins by understanding the history, identifying relevant clinical findings, and determining which systems are limiting recovery or function.
NeuroSport evaluations are individualized according to the patient’s symptoms, injury, activity demands, and goals. Testing is selected because it is clinically relevant, not because every patient is placed through the same preset examination.
Findings are used to establish a working diagnosis, determine appropriate care, identify the need for referral or additional testing, and create a measurable plan for recovery.

Your Evaluation May Include
Detailed medical, injury, and activity history
Neurologic and autonomic examination
Orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment
Spine and extremity evaluation
Balance, vestibular, and oculomotor testing
Heart-rate and blood-pressure response assessment
Cognitive and symptom-burden screening
Movement, strength, and functional testing
Exercise-tolerance assessment
Review of relevant imaging, laboratory findings, and prior records
Treatment and Rehabilitation Guided by Findings
NeuroSport treatment plans are based on the patient’s diagnosis, examination findings, functional limitations, and goals. Care may involve autonomic rehabilitation, chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular retraining, manual therapy, or coordinated referral to another healthcare professional.
Treatment is progressed according to measurable response rather than a fixed, one-size-fits-all schedule.
The Moreau POTS Protocol (MPPâ„¢)
The Moreau POTS Protocol is NeuroSport’s structured approach to autonomic rehabilitation for appropriately selected patients with POTS, dysautonomia, orthostatic intolerance, post-concussion autonomic dysfunction, and exercise intolerance.
The MPP uses individualized exercise, real-time heart-rate monitoring, symptom response, and controlled progression to improve upright tolerance, exercise capacity, autonomic regulation, and physiologic recovery. It is not a generic exercise program, and progression is adjusted according to each patient’s response.
Chiropractic and Sports Medicine Rehabilitation
NeuroSport provides individualized care for spine, extremity, sports, and activity-related conditions. Treatment may address pain, restricted mobility, joint dysfunction, impaired strength, reduced neuromuscular control, proprioceptive deficits, and limitations affecting work, recreation, or athletic performance.
Care may include chiropractic management, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility and stabilization training, proprioceptive retraining, progressive loading, and return-to-activity or return-to-sport planning.
Additional Injury and Spine Services
Spine Management
Evaluation and individualized care for neck pain, back pain, headaches, disc-related conditions, joint dysfunction, mobility restrictions, and other spine-related problems.
Personal Injury Care
Structured evaluation, treatment, functional reassessment, and documentation for patients injured through trauma or another party’s negligence.
Motor-Vehicle Injuries
Evaluation and management of concussion, whiplash, spine injuries, extremity complaints, and other functional consequences of a motor-vehicle collision.
