Medical-Legal Experience
Dr. Moreau’s medical-legal work is grounded in objective clinical evaluation, careful documentation, and clear clinical reasoning. His experience includes the assessment and management of complex cases involving concussion, post-concussion syndrome, autonomic dysfunction, and persistent symptom presentations where diagnostic clarity, mechanism of injury, and functional impact must be addressed with precision.
His approach emphasizes consistency between the reported history, physical examination findings, diagnostic testing, and the clinical course over time. This includes careful attention to causation analysis, measurable deficits, symptom progression, treatment response, and the overall defensibility of the medical record. Documentation is developed to support medical necessity, case clarity, and accurate communication of clinical status without exaggeration or unsupported conclusions.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Moreau has experience with narrative medical reports, case review, and consultation in cases requiring detailed clinical interpretation. His background in high-level sports medicine, concussion care, and complex autonomic presentations informs a structured and disciplined approach to medical-legal analysis.
